13th Place Ribs (I thought these would not do well at all since they were slightly undercooked--go figure.) 11th Place Brisket (Best brisket I ever made--better than Pork in the Park--this is where BBQ competitions get frustrating.) 21st Place Pork (This pork had my 9th year old daughter do a dance--best to date of my career--judges obviously were not the same as at Pork in the Park.) 29th Place Chicken (A work in progress.)
